Our cuisine is outstanding and priced at affordable levels for events and functions.
Our function room at the Galley Hatch comfortably accommodates 65 seated guests and 75 for cocktail-style receptions. It is the perfect place for private birthday parties, small weddings, banquets, and business functions. Just up a flight of stairs from our Tap Room, the private second floor room with its inviting ambiance features a separate bar and rest rooms. Please note, the room is not handicap accessible.
Our culinary staff is well-regarded for preparing outstanding spreads that will make your event truly special. From a buffet style event to served entrees or cocktails & hors d’oeuvres, we will create an event that reflects your personal taste on an affordable budget. Galley Hatch Catering
A full service catering company that can provide everything for off-site events of any size from the food to tables, chairs, linens, and a professional staff of servers, chefs and bartenders. They are fully insured. Perfect for a backyard barbecue event, clam bake, or outdoor tented wedding.
One Liberty Lane Conference Center
Galley Hatch Catering provides the onsite catering services for the colonial-style building and picturesque grounds at One Liberty Lane. Featuring the Great Hall dinning room and adjoining terrace that can accommodate 150 guests for a seated dinner or 300 guests for a standing cocktail style reception. Business conference facilities are also available with a state-of-the-art training room, complete with wireless internet, audiovisual equipment, and cable television that accommodates 120 people seated classroom style or over 250 seated theater style.
Grill 28 Restaurant at Pease Golf Course
Located in the Clubhouse of the Pease Golf Course, Grill 28 caters to the adjacent 1,200 square feet of function space available year-round that can accommodate 80 seated guests or 100 for a standing cocktail style reception. An outdoor tented area is available May through October that can accommodate up to 160 seated guests. Upon request, an additional tent can be added to accommodate up to 400 guests.
