The Pelican Room comfortably accommodates up to 65 people. A minimum number of 20 guests is suggested for functions.

Beverage Service
A complete selection of beverages from the bar and special orders are available for your event. Please remember that the New Hampshire Liquor Commission strictly regulates the service of alcohol at your event. No alcoholic beverages may be brought into the premises including bottles for centerpieces, party favors, prizes or for other use.

For your safety and for others, supervision of the consumption of alcoholic beverages during events remains as a discretion of management in conformance with State law. We encourage you to follow a designated driver policy in accordance with guidelines set by State authorities.


Facilities
The Pelican Room is furnished with everything you need for food and beverage service during your event. Use of our baby grand piano and in-house large-screen video monitor is also included, should you desire them. We will be happy to assist you in arranging for additional public address requirements, audio-visual equipment, entertainment, floral arrangements, invitations, photographers or other needs. There is a dance floor available for a $75.00 fee.
Room Availability
Events in the Pelican Room are booked in four-hour periods. When functions run past their reserved time, additional room charges may apply.
Handicap Accessibility
The Pelican Room is located one floor up from ground level and is not easily accessible for handicapped persons or those with impaired mobility. Stairways must be used for access to the room.
Pricing and Guarantees
All price quotes will include an additional 8 percent state meals and rentals tax, a 20 percent service gratuity, and a linen rental charge ranging from $30.00-$45.00. A $550 minimum food order applies for weekday events. A $700 minimum food order applies for Friday, Saturday and Sunday events. A $150 room charge applies for parties not meeting minimum food orders. A $250 deposit is required to reserve the Pelican Room. Deposits are credited to the final bill. Payment in full is due at the time of your function.
Timetable
Your menu selections should be finalized two weeks in advance. Your specification of the total number of guests must be finalized 72 hours prior to the event. If a final head count cannot be supplied on time, the highest advance estimated number of guests is used.
